Streamline kick either dolphin or freestyle off the wall Finish your stroke reach out long long arms Breath every 3 or 5 or 7 ect.Reach out long enough that you can feel the streach in your side also.
Freestyle and backstroke are the same you should be on your side most of the time so you roll your body and keep your head still, except when you take a breath.
