"Jack. Jack." The voice of Rose I can hear. "Jack, there's a boat. Jack."

Her voice starts to choke up, since tears are welling up in her eyes. I can feel her shaking my hands to wake me up, but I can't. I'm trying to open my eyes. I'm trying to moan. I'm trying to wake up, but I can't! Why? Why!? She lays her head against my hands, rubbing hers against mine. Oh, Rose, please don't cry. I want to comfort her, hold her in my arms, and tell her that everything's all right, but I can't. She starts to let go of my hands.

"I'll never let go, I promise," she says, and kisses my hands. She watches me descend down to the bottom of the ocean. She whispers, "Good-bye. I'll never let go."

No, Lord, please! I don't want to die! I want to be with Rose! Please let me! I watch Rose struggle through the harsh, ice-chilled waters and blow a whistle that used to be the property of an officer.

"Come about!" an officer yells.

Rose keeps on blowing the whistle, and they shine the flashlight on her. The boat turns around and starts rowing towards my love.

"Oh, Jack. Why did you have to die?" Rose whispers.

Oh, Rose, I wish I hadn't, too! I kiss her cheek, but there is no sign that she feels it.

"Here. Grab onto the oar," the officer says.

Rose pulls herself up into the boat, and they hand her a blanket. I want to lay beside her and be there for her. But I can't.

"Jack, if you can hear me, I love you," Rose whispers.

I heard you, honey. I'm right here. If you can hear me, be strong. When everything is going wrong, be strong. Oh, Rose, I wish I could hold your hand or something. God, please, give me a second chance in life. Let me talk to Rose face-to-face one last time. Let me kiss her one last time. Let me hold her one last time. Let me comfort her one last time. Let me share my emotions with her one last time.

"Jack..." A voice comes from behind. I look around to see who it could be, and it's Fabrizio and Tommy. "It's time to go," Fabrizio says.

No, no, not yet. Let me stay with Rose.

"I'm sorry, Jack, but we have to go now," Tommy says.

Where? I ask.

"Back to the Titanic," Fabrizio says.

I'll be right there, I tell them, and nod my head. I turn around to see that Rose is asleep.

"Jack, you'll see her again when she passes on," Tommy says.

Just give me a couple of minutes. I'll be right there. I turn back around to Rose. Well, I guess it's time for me to go. God, I don't want to. I'll tell you that. I'm not gonna say good-bye, because we will see each other again someday. So, I'm going to kiss you and always watch over you. I kiss my sweet girl on the cheek, and whisper in her ear.

No matter where I go, or where you go, I will always love you.

I stand up and start to walk away. I turn around, and say, I'll miss you, Rosie.

The End.
