MY HEART WILL GO ON
Chapter Ten
Rose awoke the next morning in Jack's arms.
She could feel Jack stroking her hair. Rose looked up and saw Jack smiling at
her.
"Good morning, Rosie," Jack said.
"Good morning, Jack," Rose replied.
Jack chuckled, and said, "All right,
this might be an odd question, but do you want to get married?"
Rose chuckled, and said, "Odd? I don't
think it is at all. I would love to marry you. I want to be with you
Jack." Rose smiled.
Jack smiled back, and said, "I love you,
Rose."
"I love you, too, Jack," Rose said.
"Can I just ask for one little favor?"
"What?" Jack asked.
"I don't want a big wedding; I want a
small wedding," Rose said.
Jack smiled, and said, "My thoughts
exactly."
Rose smiled, and said, "Wonderful."
Rose stretched, and Jack patted her stomach.
"Why don't we just lay here in bed naked
all day," Jack said. "Return to the stars, and just stay there until
we have no more energy left in our weak bodies."
Rose laughed at Jack's remark. "Well,
the laying in bed naked all day sounds good, but I think that we will be too
tired after staying in the stars all night...don't you think?" Rose asked.
Jack lay over Rose, and said, "No,
unless you have something better to do."
Jack kissed Rose.
Rose sighed after the kiss, and said,
"Well, I guess it won't hurt anything. Let's go to the stars!"
Rose kissed Jack passionately, and they were
on their way to the stars.
