We talked more and laughed

He saw the necklace
Commented so much on it
He said he loved me
He said he would always be there for me
When the night came of the sinking ship
Cal said to me that he always loved me
But I could see from his eyes he was lying
I belonged to Jack and no one else
No one could change my mind
Laying on the board in the freezing cold ocean
Jack told me everything would be fine
He made me promise to never let go
When his time finally came
I promised him and let go
I dropped the necklace and promised again and again.
