January 23rd is Erik's birthday. They celebrated his 26th at the rehearsal dinner held at Tiki's on Waikiki Beach.

THE WEDDING DAY
January 24, 2009

Seen from Gina's Ala Moana Hotel 30th floor suite are: Magic Island; and Ala Moana Shopping Mall and beach.

The bride & groom... with their parents; with Gina's extended family; and with Erik's family from Ohio & Washington.
The wedding was traditional Philippino, Gina's heritage. The bride's cup at the rehearsal dinner signified Erik's German heritage. Elements of Hawaiian traditions were added, such as the maile leaf lei worn by Erik and the gift of hula performed by Gina.
