King Acorn is Sally's father, and the true ruler of Mobius. He was restored to power a while back, and did what he could to help rebuild Mobotropolis. Now that Robo-Robotnik has taken over the city again, things are probably gonna change again....
History
Very little was known about King Acorn's whereabouts after the Coup. Many people believed him dead, until the Freedom Fighters stumbled across him in the Zone of Silence. After he was exiled there by Robotnik, Ixis Naugus found him and the King went into his service. After several tries and just as many failures, the Freedom Fighters managed to get him out of there. However, when the King escaped, his body began to revert to the crystal form that he could take on in the Zone of Silence. Everyone searched long and hard for a way to stop the process, but it just got worse. Sonic finally managed to cure him with the Sword of Acorns. Since then the King has taken over command, and until Robo-Robotnik took over, everything was going okay.
