Queen Alicia is Sally's mother. She is cryogenically frozen in a tube until Dr. Quack can figure out what is wrong with her. He recently discovered that she has mysteriously recovered completely, but with a very high consequence.
History:
Not much is known about Queen Alicia. King Acorn sent her and Prince Elias to the Floating Island to keep them away from the Overlander attack on Mobotropolis. The Overlanders managed to ambush and shoot down the hovercraft she was on right before it landed on the island. She was found barely alive by Spectre, one of the Guardians of Haven. She was taken back to their Headquarters, where the Guardians tried to help her. She managed to contract an unknown illness, so they put her in a cryogenic tube until they could find a cure.
