Antione is a weird character. Some people just can't decide what he is. I have heard him called a fox, a coyote, and once even a squirrel. My guess is that Antione is a fox, even though he has a short tail. Anyway, he has a thick french accent, which Sonic ocassionally makes fun of. Antoine is cowardly sometimes, and he tends to flip out over anything dangerous. He does like Bunnie, though, and she likes him right back.
History
Antione has been with the Freedom Fighters from the beginning. He was separated from his father on the day of the Coup, and hasn't seen him since. He has gone on numerous missions with the Freedom Fighters to defeat Robotnik, but had (and still has) a tendency to run and hide at the sight of a swatbot. Antoine, as well as the others, has been a nesessary fighter at one time or another, so he has to get a little credit. Sonic discovered what happened to his father, and told him about it. After peace was restored, Antoine pitched in and helped rebuild the city, until it was stolen from the Mobians once again in issue #75. Sometime in the future Antoine will come face to face with his father.
