Elias is Sally's older brother, and until recently nobody knew what had become of him. He lived on the Floating Island until Geoffory St. John found him. The King wants Elias to rule in his place, but Elias doesn't want that. No one knows how this will turn out.
History
Elias and the Queen were put on a ship to the Floating Island in hopes that the Overlanders would not find out about them. As the ship neared, it was ambushed, and crash landed on the Floating Island. The Queen was almost killed, and Elias disappeared, Later he was found roaming the Island and moved into the compound that the King would go to for a vacation. He stayed there until Geoffory St. John found him, then decided to return to Mobotropolis and see his father and sister again.
