Rotor is the technician of the group. He creates gadgets to aid the Freedom Fighters on their missions. Sometimes he goes with the Freedom Fighters on their missions, but usually he stays in Knothole.
History
Rotor was in Mobotropolis at the time of the Coup, but I'm not sure how he got there from the frozen North. From the beginning Rotor has help the Freedom Fighters out with his inventions. After several years he went home to check on his family and found them under Buttnik's control. After a battle in the frozen North he was forced to leave early. Recently, he left Knothole Village again and has gone to see his parents again. No one knows yet what has happened.
