The Dragon of Gathor

As it sat down it shook its great head -
the spines along its back shimmered in the dawn light.
The great beast looked perplexed as it settled, sighing.
Men were becoming greedy
- was this the last time it need create havoc,
to retrieve the treasures that seemed so little just a short time ago?
Yes, it was the last time -
it could do no more.
So, men would no longer listen -
it would protect what was not its own.
This is the Dragon of Gathor.

Do you believe in dragons? I do...

Dragons, I am told, are creatures of habit. Their lineage goes back into the realms of time and mystery and they have stayed there. But habits can be changed and now and then they may be 'called out'. I have called these two out to be with me...Their imagery is also magery...they are wise in their own way and do not suggest we can ever fully know them. They are creatures of habit. And that habit includes a certain secrecy to what they are and where they go. I can call them for others but have been asked to slow this down.They need to above all 'KNOW" you to help you. You may call and see.

Why? you say, do you use this imagery.. Do I see them with my eyes - no..I sense them and see them within...(however there are those who have..)I believe it stems from many lives and many times of 'knowing'...never written but always imagined..and imagery is just another reality...

SILAS

...has been with me now for at least six years and is the main 'protector' of my goods and chattels. I have houses around be burgaled and mine has stayed safe..I owe a lot to the dragons..they have helped me in many ways over the years. He is a blue/green and is at least as large as a house block for he lays around the boundaries of where I live.

...has been with me a little less and came when Silas was working around a new age shop I was working in. He is also wise..but quiet...You would see him standing by..helping and supporting...he is wrapped in gold as most dragons are..

Rhiannon's Dragon
