THE LEGAL BIT
In establishing and maintaining 'Totally Toby' I have made every effort not to step on
anyone's toes in regards to copyright and the legal stuff. Whenever photographs or images
that are not my own have been used on this site i have made every effort to credit them to
their appropriate sources. In some cases this was not possible (such as with some of the Toby
clones and a few magazine pics) but if you know the source of any of these uncredited pics,
then please let me know. In addition to that, if you own any of these images and still don't
feel that this action is good enough then email me at the address below and they will be
removed.
I would like to stress also, that this site is nothing more than an expression of my affection
and respect for Toby and I am not affiliated with him, Human Nature or Sony Music Australia
in any way. I am also not doing this for profit or any personal gain other than the satisfaction
of being able to produce a website that reflects a part of myself.
