To get pokemon called Pokemania:

First when you enter this code all it will do is make the first pokemon have surf it will overide a move so watch out put a cheap pokemon first unless u wanna use pikachu then enter 013973D1 into your gameshark
Now 1/2 of the plan is done now you must enter 015463D1 013973D1
That code will allow you to swim in pikachus beach
Get to pikachu's beach by talking to the man in the building at the coast of fusicha city. he will say stuff like your pikachu also knows surf! then he will let you go to pikachu's beach each time you talk to him!
