Conquering a New Found planet will make you the master of it and will give you all the privilages of a master. To conquer someone's planet you must kill the master of it. If the planet has an army you must kill them too. And if the planet has a gaurdian, he must perish as well. Then the planet is yours untill you are beaten the same way.
