"sorry" Nick said looking down at the ground.
"Nick" Leah called. Nick turned around and ran back to Leah.
"did you talk to Mel?"
"yeah I did but she didn't tell me anything?" Leah lied. Nick looked at her.
"Leah please I know you know can you just tell me why shes ignoring me?"
"Nick I promised Mel I wouldn't tell a soul"
"LEah I have to know if its something I need or didn't know I want to talk to her"
"Nick its nothing you did or didn't do"
"then what is it?" Leah sighed
"Nick I.."
"please"
"ok fine" Leah grabbed Nicks arm and they walked back into her dressing room.
"well"
"Nick Amber threateend Mel"
"WHAT!"
"Nick someone might hear you" LEah said" anyway, Amber told Mel that if she didn't stay away from you or she woudl kill her" Nick stood there letting the words sink in.
"thats why she wasn't feeling well and why shes acting the way she is. She scared"
"did Amber hurt her?"
"no, well thats how Mel got that scratch on her neck, she said that Amber tried to slit her throat with a knife" Nick took a deep breath. He felt ready to cry but didn't. He walked towards the door and walked out without saying anything.
"Mel is gonna kick my ass" Leah mumbled under her breath. She walked out the room and over to the side of the stage with the rest of the dancers including Mel.
"hey feeling any better?"
"yeah" Mel said. The music to Everyone started and they all walked out on the stage and took their places

Mel stepped off the elevator adn walked tothe room. She lid the card key and waited for the green light to come on. When it flashed on she walked in the room. Nick stood up just as she came in.
"Nick I just came to get my things then i'm leaving" Mel said walking pass him.
"Mel we need to talk"
"thers nothing to talk about" Mel said as she started to pick up her things.
"I know about Amber and what she did to you" Mel head sprung up and she finally made eye contact with Nick. Nick walked over to Mel and took her hand sitting her down on the couch. He sat down on the coffee table in front of her.
"why didn't you tell me?"
"I was scared. She had a knife and said she woudl kill me if i didn't leave you alone" Mel explained and all the feeling she kept bottled up inside came flooding out. Nick sat on the couch and hugged Mel.
"no ones gonna hurt you I won't let them" Nick whispered in her ear. He Mel wrapped her arms tight around Nick tighter not wanting to let go. A tear slipped down Nicks cheek and he wiped it away quickly.
"i'm gonna kick Leah's ass" Mel said laughing. Nick laughed adnthey both broke apart.
"Mel promise me the next time anything like this happens to tell me"
"i promise" Mel said.

"dammit" Amber screamed. She stomped down the hall and to her room.
"whats your problem?" Jessica asked
"that bitch told Nick. man i just want to grab her neck and squeeze till it pops: Amber said squeezing her hands till the started to turn red.
"Am calm down"
"I can't calm down Jess shes fucking up the plan her and Leah. there gonna drive me crazy" Amber screamed
"calm down. If Nick knows its only a matter of time before he comes here so yo gotta keep cool. Its her word against yours" Jesscia said
"your right her word against mines" Amber repeated. There was a loud knock on the door and she jumped up. She stood up and walked to the door. She opened it and Nick stood there loking very pissed.
