There is a Seminary college in Montgomery County, Pa, which has been abandoned I have heard for maybe only 5 yrs, so the weeds & such have not yet had a chance to become overgrown....plus someone is also supposedly responsible for the grounds. What I have been told of its history goes something like this! The name of this place is suppost to be something like "North Eastern Seminary College" The place was built in the early part of the 20th century...maybe 1902 or so. However many ppl graduated from the college to become minister's in the few remaining years of the college being open.....their attendance and enrollment had slowly grinded to a halt. One of those who had enrolled..... flunked out, but bc the father of this person who had flunked out was so rich and was such a strong contributor ($$$) to the school that they hired him to take care of the grounds.....even though they had only previously tossed him out on his ass! He's suppost to be known for riding around on the big tractors....you know, the one's that cut grass. Now, from what I've heard the guy that flunked out was not all there....! After flunking out he had a nervous breakdown and was regarded fairly poorly for.....being so strange! After the college closed they kept him on probably bc they thought it would be the best thing for him, since he was known for being rather slow and was by that time somewhere in his 30's or 40's its not likely that someone of his caliber would be able to function in normal society. He has been rather vigilant at keeping ppl out! Especially on Halloween! Its been said that he lock's the gates on like...Oct. 29...and then doesn't unlock them until Nov. 1st. Kids or anyone else who just tries to get in on the grounds or the building itself can expect to be met w/ a shotgun if they are spotted by this guy. He has chased ppl of off the property w/ a shotgun.....no word though on whether or not he's ever fired it at anyone though.
