I'm not sure if it's haunted because I haven't been in it, but there is a part of the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio that isn't used anymore. Part of the building still has offices, but the other end is just there. When we were in high school it looked as though it were just abandoned, like someone just locked up one night and never came back.

There were still jars with "parts" in them on the shelves, etc. That building still gives me the creeps. :-)
