Richard Sadlier needs surgery on his hip.Sadlier who won his first cap last month against Russia had a slim chance of making it onto the plane to Korea,but his hip injury has put paid to that ambition for the 22 year old Millwall targetman.It's definitely the end of his World Cup hopes so the timing couldn't possibly be any worse.
