In Division III former Irish Black Cat ‘Brian Shelley’ put Carlisle 1-0 against Leyton Orient, but it was Orient who took the three points on the day (2-1). Bournemouth’s Irish man ‘Gareth O’Connor’ scored a late second half penalty (his fourth of the season) in the draw {2-2} against Rochdale.
In the Conference Irish Striker Daryl Clare scored twice to help Chester beat Telford (4-1).
And in the Scottish First Div former Irish striker ’Owen Coyle’ scored for the Bairns (Falkirk) in their hammering (5-0) of Queen of South.
