Tottenham & Republic of Ireland U20 international Stephen Kelly has joined Div III Southend Utd. on a months loan.
Kelly, a former Belvedere player is equally comfortable at either right or centre back, and has progressed through the underage ranks with Ireland playing in the Under 16 European Championships in 2000.
Kelly joined Tottenham in 2000 despite interest from clubs including Celtic, West Ham & Everton.
