Robbie made his debut as a teenager against the Czech Republic in 1998. Probably if not now, Robbie Keane will be one of the greatest strikers in Europe. Hes' been around the block for such a young lad, yet his maturity is really starting to shine both on and off the field.

After loosing his first team place at Leeds when Robbie gets the opportunity he gives it his all. Thats what Mick loves about Robbie Keane.

Robbie became Britain's costliest teenager when he signed for Coventry in August 1999 for a fee of £6million from Wolves, the club that had nurtured him as a trainee and gave him his football league debut. Not bad for a Tallaght Lad, eh?

Robbie goes on record March 02', stating that he does not want to leave Leeds United. Rumours in the press mainly have linked the Dublin striker to both Spurs and Sunderland.
