Date:THE PRESENT Location: LEMON HILL- Fairmount park- Philadelphia Lemon Hill was built by Henry Pratt in 1799. It was situated on a hill high above the Schuylkill river and the city of Philadelphia, this land had at one time been owned by Robert Morris one of the signers of the Declaration of Independance. Robert Morris had installed greenhouses on this site and grew "lemons" and a number of other agricultural items... at unpredictable times the smell of fresh lemons is present even tough the trees and greenhouses have been gone for centuries.! When the scent of lemons is in the air, ghostly apparitions have been seen out in the fields as if they were still tending to their produce. Ever see a ghost?A UFO ?
