OPERATION NINA

In a German city, hand out 99 red endeuro2000 balloons to people in side streets then head to the main square to see how many people with endeuro2000 balloons show up.

WHY?

This mission was suggested to me by Maria Marsh. I love that Nina song and I love the idea.

POINTS

50 points for handing out the balloons because it's a nice thing to do and it'll require an outlay of precious budget traveller cash.
