Some of us remember
when discussion and reflection about our own community was discouraged
when we lived there. Certain topics where off limits to discuss with other
members. Such talk was frowned upon because it caused others to stumble
or created discord. It was being too independent or "unsubmitted". For
example, one of these forbidden topics was our community's own structure.
In our
Diaspora life, things are different. We can reflect and share, theologize and think out loud. Below are attempts to do just that: |
