This is what the skirt looks like after it was cut out and sewn together, before pleating or shaping of the hem.

This is the same picture. I've used photoshop to outline the panel lines. Panels A are 20" across on top and 40" across on bottom. Panels B are the same as Panels A but the angle of the camera distorts them. Panels C are 13" across, top and bottom.

I based this on Jenn's redrawing of Alcega's skirt pattern over at Festive Attyre, but now I can't find the pattern.
