The third is being done in a golden brown and denim blue. I am using the Russian variation of the Mammen stitch. I have no clue what the code would be and I'm not quite sure how to explain it. But it produces a more ridged effect on the surface of the fabric.
This project is currently on hold. It seemed that the texture of the sock would be too bumpy to wear comfortably, so I stopped working on it. Then I put the one sock I finished on with my shoes and walked around. They are actually quite cushy. By that point I had already started on other projects. I plan on getting back to this at one point.
