Here I will put in those little snippets that you find in the gossip columns and in the back of women's magazines. I don't think they're large enough or credible enough to put in the articles section. Some of the snippets are true, some are debatable and some are so funny because they are so untrue ... This is mostly for a laugh, a bit of entertainment, so I'm not bothering with dates or anything ... they'll roughly be in chronological order, with the latest one first.

Pop diva and reformed Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has turned down an offer to star on Broadway. She was approached to appear in the hit musical Jekyll & Hyde as a prostitute, but her busy scedule wouldn't allow it. Interestingly, the Duchess of York was also offered a cameo role, but the production will have to go ahead without either of the redheads.

Spice Girls Emma Bunton and Mel G got a bit carried away during a big night out at London's trendy Met Bar. After downing a few cocktails, the pair jumped up onto seats in the lobby, peered over the blind, and pulled faces and made rude gestures at the passers-by. Mel then lost her balance and fell, taking the blind with her. Dozens of onlookers gathered outside, and two passing cops had to do a little crowd control. At least now the girls have trashed property in a drunken state, they can truly call themselves rock stars.

The Brit Awards, the UK version of the Grammys, is taking place on Friday and Spice Girls are set to pick up an award for their outstanding contributions to the industry. Until now all the talk has been whether Geri will join her former bandmates on stage to receive the award, and it seems she won't, the focus is now on who will be presenting it. Paul McCartney turned down the offer, and now it looks like Madonna is also refusing the opportunity. She doesn't want to get involved with all the politics.

Hmmm .... Mel C of the Spice Girls and J (Jason Brown) of teen band 5ive are dating after they met at the Brit Awards.

Scary Spice's ex-husband, Jimmy Gulzar, was arrested for slapping her sister Danielle following an argument about Scary's daughter Phoenix.

Friends fans, look out because the next person who is set to make a guest appearance is none other than Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham. Well if Matt LeBlanc has his way. You see the actor who plays Joey has suggested she should be his next love interest and the writers agree she would make a great European heiress who flies to New York to meet Joey after an online romance. Posh has yet to agree to the role, but you would imagine she's be pretty stupid if she didn't.

Their new single, Holler, went straight into the UK charts at number one this week. It's good to see the formula is still working and the girls will still be able to afford their expensive lifestyle. Former Spice Girl Geri is now trying on different boot sizes which she will use to kick herself.

The Spice Girls are going back on tour - but not for another year! Mel B said on her website that although they released their new CD Forever, they wouldn't do any tours until Emma Bunton and Victoria Beckham finish off their solo projects.

Baby you can drive my car .... They're already megastars, but the Spice Girls still drove themselves into London's TFI Friday TV studios to promote their CD, Forever. With the car stereo on the blink, the awesome foursome belted out a few racy tunes.

Poor Posh Spice has such a hectic work schedule that she's been forced to undertake an oxygen inhalation course to help her cope with all her pressures. Fans of the course say each session helps to ease stress and could even prevent high blood pressure, sleeping disorders and anxiety. Wouldn't breathing in and out be cheaper?

Mel B's estranged husband Jimmy Gulzar has turned down a lucrative deal to be a Dutch MTV host, because he's having too much fun partying with his friends and living off his settlement from Scary Spice. He hasn't worked since the Spice Girls world tour in 1998, and he likes it that way.
