Josh Tulien is one of the most underated skaters in the twin cities. I'm not even sure that many people know who he is, but the ones that do know that he is one of the chillest skaters around. At the skatepark kids don't give him the respect he deserves. maybe its because he isnt another pro copycat or whatever. He's got his own style and its sick. to sum it up , josh is pimp.
