We are not alone

We see, we hear but we defy
And with closed minds we deny
The truth that is so easy to perceive
And not that hard to believe:

We've had visitors from abroad
Giving us no signal, sign nor code
Of what their mission is about
And so we appear to be left out
In a bewildering situation
Without a proper interpretation.

So open your mind and accept
The message that is so serious to neglect;
The universe is such a vast place
And we are not alone in this space.
