-Jason: Well Ryan, since you come to a lot of our shows I always assumed they were there for your pants.
-WCWZ: Is there any significance behind the title of your newest album "2/8/2000"?
-Jason: When we finished recording at Atlas, Matt Allison gave us our CD and wrote "Sig Transit Gloria 2/8/2000" on it. I insisted it looked cool and there you have it. At least that is what we tell people. The real answer lies within Ryan Durkin's pants. We really love your pants Ryan.
-WCWZ: I know that most of you were in bands before Sig Transit Gloria. What did you think of each others bands back then? Do you like each other?
-Jason: We don't like each other at all. We didn't like each other back then either and hated each others bands. We fight all the time. It's great!
-WCWZ: Top 3 reasons why Villa Park is cool?
-Jason: My neighbor, Mike Heerboth, Eric Vorel, the list goes on and on.
-WCWZ: Top 3 reasons why Elmhurst is not cool?
-Jason: It's not that Elmhurst isn't cool, Villa Park is just way better. However, a few things that blow about Elmhurst are all the one-way streets and cocaine.
-WCWZ: Tell the readers what it takes to have your band be crowned the phrase "keyboard core".
-Jason: Mike Perkins.
-WCWZ: Do any of you guys have rituals or superstitions that you do before you play a show or while you're playing a show?
-Jason: I can't play without my green picks (thanks John Seldon). Nate's new thing is hot tea with lemon and honey. Whatever! Mike gets his groove on before and after shows. Pat... well Pat doesn't do anything like that.
-WCWZ: What's the future hold for Sig Transit Gloria?
-Jason: The future is uncertain. In the mean time check our website: http://sigtransitgloria.cjb.net/.
