With effect from 17th July 2004, the following rules regarding attire will apply to the Scout Unit. If the rules are not met with, it would be taken as an act of defiance and disciplinary actions will be taken accordingly.
1. Only Crux t-shirts will be allowed to be worn during meetings. And only school shorts will be allowed. (No outside shirt or pants/shorts allowed.)
2. Track shoes are allowed but only for P.T. and physical activities, e.g. pioneering, games, etc but not for Foot drill (Boots must be worn unless in P.T. kit).
4. Missing Patrol Badge (Wrong patrol also counts as missing item) and progress badge will be counted as a missing item.
6. During informal meetings, only half-u and P.T. kit is allowed. No outside clothes allowed.
7. Full-u MUST be worn for campfires unless Scout is not invested or uniform is dirty then half-u.
- P.T. kit consists of Crux t-shirt and school shorts.
- If no Crux t-shirt, plain white/school shirt must be worn but will still be taken as a missing item, any other color will result in double the punishment.
- If no school shorts, black or dark blue shorts must be worn but will still be taken as a missing item, any other color will result in double the punishment.
- Missing Progress badge will result in the removal of proficiency badges for 2 WEEKS after it has been re-sewn along with normal punishment before badge is re-sewn.
- Missing Patrol badge will result in double punishment, 2nd offence will result in the removal of all proficiency badges for 2 WEEKS after badge is re-sewn along with normal punishment before badge is re-sewn.
- For repeated offence, punishment will be multiplied by frequency of offence. E.g. 2nd time - 2X, 3rd time - 3X, etc.

- Unit & Distract badges are also counted 1 item each if not sewn on properly and either 1 or both is/are removed it will be counted as a missing item each.

It is the PL or APL to ensure that disciplinary action is carried out
and kept track of.
- Sec. 1- Jan to May: Min. 5 push-ups, Jun onwards: Min. 10 push-ups
- Sec.2 - Min. 15 push-ups
- APLs - Min. 20 push-ups
- Sec.3 - Min. 25 push-ups
- Sec.4 - Min. 30 push-ups
- Sec.1 - Jan to May: Min. 10 push-ups, Jun onwards: Min. 15 push-ups
- Sec.2 - Min. 20 push-ups
- APLs - Min. 25 push-ups
- Sec.3 - Min. 30 push-ups
- SecA - Min. 35 push-ups
The
above-mentioned punishments are guidelines for mistakes and missing item for
uniform. Any increase/decrease change (for valid reasons e.g. repeat offence)
will be at the discretion of the PLs or APLs.
