The hero of our story has had a history of janitorial work. He has stripped and waxed floors since 1994, leading stripping and waxing teams in over 2 cities. He worked alongside great strippers from the past such as Justin Harvey and Dave Heffron and has even introduced some newcomers to stripping (Matt Kreitzer and Brad Lacey).
It is no wonder that in the winter of 2000 he was approached by the daycare to fill a vacancy they had for a night custodian. Still looking for a job, he agreed to be the janitor for a little while. However, as he would soon find, this is more than a job -- it is a lifestyle.
Kevin appears to fit the description of a janitor well, often going several days without shaving or showering. Even his car continues to baffle those who know it. Without headlights, a muffler, or even a good transmission it continues to be driveable. Most would have sold it for scrap or given it to a homeless person by now. Kevin chooses to live out of it, keeping several changes of clothes and some bedding in the trunk. Seeking a partner who could lighten his workload, Kevin turned to Wes. Together they have been cleaning the daycare ever since.
