Pro Ana Facts and Tips: (still under construction) >
1. Eating after you work out burns more of the calories consumed faster. So try having a negative calorie food after working out for about an hour. This way you burn almost twice as many calories than eating before you work out!
2. As we alll probaly know, water. Lots and lots of water. It will keep you from being hungry.
3. Continuing with the water thing. Drink in between every bite when you do eat! And I don't mean a little sip, I mean a nice big one! Almost, chugging!
4. Peppermints! They help with munching urges and leave your breath minty fresh. They also help with some stomache pangs.
5. This sounds really weird, but when your stomache grumbles, hit it! hard. It hurts, but there's no more noise and too much pain to eat.
6. KEEP BUSY! I can not stress this enough! If you're hungry, instead of munching clean, read, organize, exercise, whatever. But this will help keep you from poking your head in the fridge to "check if the light still works."
7. I say again drink! water, diet sodas, tea, (green tea actually helps burn over a calories after several cups). Just stay hydrated and fill up on liquid. Liquids usually (not all liquids) have less calories and fat then food.
8.Keep a pic in your purse or wallet to remind of what you want, or don't, want to look like.
9.Keep a constant remindre of what you don' want to look like in your head.
10. Psych yourself up, "i don't need it" " i look so much better lately" and the famous "i'm really not hungry" always do the trick for me.

* Calories won't make you happy.
* You've made a decision - you won't stop. The pain is necessary, especially the pain of hunger. It reassures you that you are strong - can withstand anything - and that you are NOT a slave to your body; you don't give into its whining.
* Sacrifice is giving up something good for something better.
* Eat to live, don't live to eat!
* It doesn't matter how slowly you go, just as long as you don't stop.
* Craving is only a feeling.
* If you can dream it, you can do it!
* A moment on the lips - forever on the hips.
