I am Apasi and I am in charge of the healing crystals section of the magazine.
I will be doing three things in each issue for my section:
A) An alphabetic run down of crystals and their properties.
B) A quick run down of uses and crystals for when you need something quick.
C) An example of how to use crystals.
This time I have done Abalone to Agate in depth, quick run down for the letter A and I was going to do the use of crystals and Chakras, but that part had to be cancelled for various reasons.
Next time I'm doing birth stones, quick run down for b and in depth for Alexandrite to Andalustite!

In Depth Alphabetic List
Abalone:
It improves assimilation and strengthens the heart and other muscle tissue.
The sheen contains all colours of the rainbow.
Activates all Chakras.
Actinolite:
Soothing for the heart chakra.
Good when used with jade.
A teaching device for meditation.
Acts on the fourth chakra.
Adamite:
Blue, blue-green or yellow-green mineral.
Brings the heart and mind together for balance, inner strength and direction.
Good for creativity, business decision and pointing out new directions in career and personal growth.
Blue is good for creativity, throat, mouth and ears.
Green helps the lungs, heart and glands.
Chakras four and five.
Agate:
Strengthens body, mind and courage.
Is able to help you to recognise truth and acceptance.
Grounding but also a powerful healer.
Blue Lace is used on the third eye and used as a sedative for nerves, headaches, expression
flow and expand consciousness. Good for the second half of Pisces and works
on the fifth to sixth chakra.
Botswana helps with oxygen flow, a connection
to wood and plants. It works on all chakras.
Dendritic is used for past lives.
Ellensburg Blue is used for brow and throat, headaches and hay fever. It
is good when used with clear quartz and works on the fifth to sixth chakras.
Fire stimulates the entire system, tissue regeneration, balances, and grounds,
protects, and works on the first and sixth chakra.
Iris regenerates the sense of touch and helps inner truths.
Moss improves circulation, digestion, a link to the self-conscious; talisman
for first half of Gemini was used for water diving. It works on the fourth chakra.
Plume works on regenerative and lower organs, expression and grounding. It works on the first and second chakra.
Picture improves visualization during meditation.
Snakeskin provides inner peace and joy.
