Apollo and Orange Health Spell

Ingredients:
Coriander, fennel, orange peel, 5 orange candles, sandalwood incense

The Ritual:
1) Cast your circle

2) Light some sandalwood incense

3) Light five orange candles and place them in the shape of the pentagram

4) Ask the four elements to aid you

5) Facing South call Apollo:

"Apollo ruler of the sun
Around since time begun
Apollo owner of Fire
Hear my desire
Aid me in my spell
Help make _(enter person's name)_ well"

6) Sprinkle coriander, fennel and orange peel

7) Meditate and picture the person well

8) Engrave the person's intials on the candles and allow to burn fully

9) Close your circle and ground yourself

10) Repeat the burning of the candles each Sunday for a month
