Dream Protection Pouch Written and Submitted by Rose 1 blue pouch 1 section of garlic 1 clear quartz 1 Tsp. of rosemary (or a leaf of two, if available) Charge the quartz in the sun for as long as desired (I left mine on my windowsil for about two days). You might want to put the garlic in a little baggy because it's rather strong stuff. Even though it's not that strong smelling, you may want to do the same with the rosemary to avoid mess.
