HL Words in Hmong

the Hmong are a people who live along the spine of mountains that separates Vietnam from Laos.

The language has words with HL

There are names with HL in them too, I just can't find the specific sources that I remember seeing lo, those many years ago.

I'm going to need a lot of help with this section.

I found this page by plugging the words "Hl words" into a google.com search and boy was I surprised that this came up.

It was just what I was looking for!

Now, exactly how these are pronounced -- I have no clue.
And how they can be strung together in a tonguetwister?
About that I'm even in more of a quandry.
So any help any one can give on this I'd appreciate it.

Here are the words

Some of them look like duplicates, but I can't be sure

And what the Hmong words in parenthesis are I also don't know
