AFTERSHOK "Burning Chrome" CD Aftershok Muzik / Auburn
This is their second album. I missed their first album, and it looks like
I have to begin for searching it. Vic Hix is an ex-SHOK PARIS, and the man
is still a talented vocalist. If you don't know this band, but like bands
as DAMIEN or LEATHERWOLF (and SHOK PARIS of course), you will like AFTERSHOK.
From opener "Sons Of Thunder" to closer "Edge Of Tomorrow", this album delivers
traditional powerful heavy metal that is effective and never boring. Just
the classic thing. The riffs are good, the songs are catchy. And the musicianship
is excellent. To say it short : a fucking enjoyable metal album. Classic
US Metal has still good days to live...
