KREATOR "Live Kreation" DoCD SPV/Steamhammer
An event as it is the first official live double album in the story of KREATOR.
The majority of the tracks were recorded in Busan (Korea), but there are
also some ones recorded in Wacken (Germany), Athens (Greece), Sao Paulo (Brazil),
Lyon and Lille (France). For the die-hard of the first hour, it's great to
listen to "Pleasure To Kill", "Riots Of Violence", "Under The Guillotine",
"Flag Of Hate" and "Tormentor", as they are tracks from the best KREATOR
albums. It's a good surprise to find "Awakening Of The Gods", originally
recorded for the "Flag Of Hate" ep. For maniacs of the second hour, the tracks
"Terrible Certainty", "Extreme Aggression", "Betrayer", "People Of The Lie",
"Coma Of Souls", "Terrorzone" and even "Renewal" make your day. About the
third hour, it's tracks I don't really like ("Phobia", "Lost", "Leave This
World Behind") or I hate ("Black Sunrise", 'Golden Age"). Concerning the
"back to thrash roots", "Violent Revolution", "Reconquering The Throne",
"All Of The Same Blood" and "Second Awakening" are convincing; "Servant In
Hell - King In Heaven" isn't. But all in all, this is a good live double
album. The cool cover was made by Andreas Marschall, but it was surely judged
shoking as the double cd is sold in a black box.
