PAGAN ALTAR "The Time Lord" MLP I Hate
If you remember, in 2001 a PAGAN ALTAR cd was released, containing seven
songs recorded in 1982. Here, we have five songs recorded in 1978 and 1979,
with different line-ups. The two first songs ("Highway Cavalier" and "The
Time Lord") sound like seventies heavy metal, with a dark touch influenced
by BLACK SABBATH. The other three songs ("Reincarnation", "Judgement Of The
Dead" and "The Black Mass") which are the best ones, sound like obscure and
occult doom, they are fantastic (and they were re-recorded later for the
godly recording of 1982). Although I definitely prefer the '82 songs, these
five ones are great and are the testimony of early PAGAN ALTAR's material.
