A bit of disappointing news. The defense coucil requested, and was granted, a continuance. The preliminary hearing [originally scheduled for June 10, 2003] will not take place until September 22, 2003. Though I have grown accustom to these delays, this one was signifigant enough that I wanted to double check with the D.A. before posting.
