A woman from the DA's office phoned me today. The arraignment is now scheduled for November 21, 2002 at 9:AM. I plan on being there. She said that someone from victim's services would meet me there. We'll see. I was also told that Moloi was being prosecuted under the state's special circumstances statutes, but no decision has yet been made on whether to seek the death penalty or not.
