The defense is planning to challenge the validity (and I am guessing admissibility) of the DNA evidence collected, and as such, requested that the preliminary hearing be postponed, yet again. Their request was granted. The new, "scheduled" date is January 14, 2004. At the rate this case is going, Asshole may very well die of old-age, before he ever sees a jury.
