Things that you will need to prepare for this ritual:
Read the ritual over thoroughly, and memorize it. When you are doing it replace the "You" and "Your" words with "I",
so you can perform it in a personal way, without notes.
A mat to sit naked on.

Learn the Greater Invoking Ritual of the Octagram
Know about these godforms:

Bast
Ra Hoor Khuit
Hoor Pa Kraat
and two godforms of your chosing, I pick Beth and Apollo, and other times Merlin and Pan.

You will need to select a stick, an ordinary stick that you find on the way to your journey. No fancy wands for this
ritual.

The Minerval Rite
Travel to a quiet, sacred spot to do this ritual. Pick up any ordinary stick that you can use later for a wand. Walk, and in your mind's eye, see yourself passing homes, business, schools and libraries, places of higher learning, courts and jails, government buildings and industry. Imagine all the wealth of information these places contain.
Yet none of that information is what you seek. Your are searching for an inner awareness, an inner knowing and certainty
in connection with your life's purpose, soul's essence.
Go to a sacred spot, where you won't be interrupted, and can get naked if you want. (I choose the mountains or a park).
Just make sure the space is big enough to move around in.
Once you find the space, make it sacred. Perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram with the ordinary stick you brought. Pick a smaller spot on the outside of the imaginary circle to do this. Pause and ask your Holy Guardian Angel and any spirit or animal guides to assist you in the ritual of initiation. Ask them to help in the discovery of your True Will, and revealing to you the great work, when the time is appropriate, in this ritual or in the future.
Then walk about the outside of your larger circle. Notice the direction you are walking. Count the number of times you pass the starting point, the little circle you did the LBRP. Pick up the pace, jog or run around your larger circle. After a few circumambulations reverse your journey, go the other direction.
Now focus your intent and eneriges inside the circle, as you run around it, don't count the number of times you navigate this circle, imagine a triangle in the center of the larger circle, a flat triangle. Use your creative visualization and psychic energy to build on to this triangle, by having another 3 sided triangle appear on one side of the first, and the next and so forth, until all the triangles begin to fill up the space of the larger circle that you are now running around. Now is the time to build the Pyramid up, into a 3-D image, see the triangles morph into a large pyramid, with its base covering your large circle. See it in any colours you wish, purple, blue, or orange, any. Find a new spot outside the circle and pyramid, and disrobe if you wish, setting your mat down, or at least take off the shirt. If you are lucky enough to be sky clad, all the better. This is the naked freedom you need to enter the pyramid. Sit down in your new little circle, outside the pyramid and rest. Notice your breath, whether you have been sweating. Relax your body, perhaps starting at the toes and working your way up, each part of the body, sensed and relaxed, until you get to the head. Quiet your thoughts.
When you have slowed everything down, your sweating, your breathing, your thoughts, ask your Holy Guardian Angel to open a portal in the side of the pyramid, now before you, large enough for you to enter. Wait. When this portal appears, get up and walk through the gate. Stand inside your pyramid. Feel and notice the energies. Walk around inside your pyramid, skip or dance if you wish. Finally sit down in the center of the Pyramid, facing your original little spot where you performed the LBRP.
Remember how many times you first ran around the circle the first direction. Contemplate if this has any meaning for you, the number of times?
Ask your HGA to initiate you into the Revised Silver Star order. Do this sincerely. Your intent is very important in this matter. It is not a time to ask for anything else. Wait and listen.
After 15 mintues have passed, stand up and do the Greater Invoking Ritual of the Hexagram, using the stick you picked up on your journey.
Face East
Touch the left shoulder and say "In the name of the Mother."
Touch the right thigh and say "In the name of the Father."
Touch the right shoulder and say "In the name of the son."
Touch the left thigh and say "In the name of the daughter."
Touch the sexual chakra and say "In the name of the Earth."
Touch the navel chakra and say "In the name of the Sky."
Touch the heart chakra and say "In the name of the Moon."
Touch the forehead and say "In the name of the Sun."
Raise the wand above the head and say "In the Name of the Silver Star."
I ask my HGA to intiate me in the ways of my true will and the great work.
To open to portals and doors, allow me to enter the gateways of my path of spiritual growth.
Invoke first Octagram, (synchronize your in and out breaths with each stroke of the invoking and you can imagine the appropriate color of light coming off your wand and drawing the symbol) tracing it with your stick/wand. Stab the center of the symbol and say "ACCESS".(Imagine the appropriate color, for this Yellow, of that direction and chakra sending energy out forward, and imagine it coming all around the globe and returning to you on your backside. Do this for each direction!)
Face South (Green), and invoke the second Octagram. Stab the center and say "WHOLENESS"
Face West (Blue), and invoke the third Octagram. Stab the center and say "LaMeria"
Face North (White) and invoke the fourth and final Octagram. Stab the center and say "ABRAHADABRA"
Hold your arms out in the shape of the tau, a cross and say "Before me Ra Hoor Khuit. Behind me Hoor Pa Kraat. To my right (your godform) Apollo. To my left (your godform) Beth. Above me Horus and below me Bast. About me flames the silver star."
Now chose a new name, an intiatory name, and proclaim yourself by this new name as a seeker of the true will, and a sojourner on the path of the great work.
(Keep the name simple and remember it, so you can write it down later. This name is your magickal link to the Minerval Portal 0)
Vow and pledge to discover yourself, to know yourself, and your True Will revealed, and to do what it takes to uncover the Great Work for you and you alone.
Finish.
Go write in your journal and never tell anyone outside the Revised Silver Star Argentium Academy about your ritual nor any detail of it. Don't speak to anyone within the group for 24 hours, and then, after that you can ask your sponser questions, and share your magickal name with anyone in the group, or any group you feel comfortable with and know that they are free thinkers and open minded people on a path of spiritual evolution.
There is a magickal formula in your birth name, your magickal name, and in the name of your HGA. If your HGA revealed their name to you, never tell a soul, not even your sponser.
You will learn to work these formulas out yourself, ask about this if you do not understand.
