Merry Christmas!
Life has a funny way of balancing itself out. Just when everything is going perfectly and you feel like nothing in the world can hurt you, you suddenly come crashing down and are faced with reality. I guess the only comforting thing is knowing that I can be there for a loved one who is currently in the hospital and I'm not stuck out in Seattle feeling helpless. This is the first time that only 3 of us will be celebrating xmas together.
