Fu Style
Fu Style was created by Fu
Zhen Song in the early 20th century and contains taijiquan,
xingyiquan, baguazhang, Wudang martial arts, Fu Zhen Song's own creation, Liangyiquan, as well as several other internal and external methods.
Fu style is characterized by large waist movements and explosive techniques (fa
jing).
