INCARION (Philippines) "UNVEIL SOUTH EAST" - Advanced listening. What the fuck you might say? Well, this is another first for me to put here but I can't fucking wait!! I was blessed by this black horde when they gave me a glimpse of their forthcoming attack! Oh yes, the storm is brewing & this black hearts really knows how to summoned their elements! I am doing my e-mail when I feel a dark soul is with in the net, yes I am fucking right, Darkkon is on-line! So here is the outcome, 3 full mp3s of their next black metal atrocity! 1st is an atmospheric-asian folk drawing down the black clouds of storm titled 'Unveil South East'! 2nd, a speed raw attack reminiscent of their 'blaspemiak' signature, this is titled 'Legion of Death'.. and last is which is according to Darkkon is still the raw copy as it is still un-mixed is titled "Command of Detinos", this is a consummation of speed & mid pace with passages. But what strikes me here is a 2nd guitar riffing with a natural sounding heavy thrash metal sound attack behind the black metal riffs! It is like being hidden in an occultic way. The production is very good (or should I say evil?)! And this is what fucking progression is all about! Signature sound infused with more elements!!! But sorry to say, this is not yet available!! This will be out soon under a label, of course with more tracks!! That's why it is an 'Advanced listening', I too have to fucking wait!!! I'm glad I heard these 3 songs.. and I have to say, don't worry your wait shall be all fucking worth it!!!!
DELIRIUM X TREMENS (Italy) "CYBERHUMAN" - A 5 track MCD-r. Title tracks are 01. 1000 Wolves, 02. Science, 03. Delirium 9991, 04. ...Inside Me, 05. Cyberhuman. This was released 2003 but so the fuck what? This is Death Metal! A mix actually of Techno Death + Death Thrash + Melodic Death! Yeah, I know when some people read the 'melodic' term they think of bands getting mellow, well, not this band! You'll get speed with some tempo shifts & death vocals in semi decipherable level! Track #3 is an instrumental & the most melodic part of this release. This has a very good production too! ASTARTE (Greece) "SIRENS" - CD, 10 Tracks, Black metal from
greece but they are not playing the 'Helenic' BM that one thinks of when they
hear or read Greece & BM! This is more into the more known BM style of today
with melodic & atmospheric passages. Catchy at most times. What is astounding
about this is that this is an all female band! At first I don't believe it but
after reading some materials about this band, so I can't argue! This kills the
angelic female vox that you would think when you combine female & metal! So,
thinking about it, this bands breaks many metal 'conceptions', like being greek
but not paying Helenic, having female vocals yet not angelic but demonic & being

DUNKEL - SUICIDE - The tape sleeve is just a xerox of black with white text that just says DUNKEL at top & SUICIDE at the bottom & at the left is the copy number versus 100 made, mine is 28. And indeed this is a one (1) song demo or probably a rehearsal! Although amidst that, that one song inside this tape is quite interesting and long. It is different in sound & the main style is hard to put in a specific genre. Yes this is metal, raw in sounding and recording, kinda rusty, the vocals is crispy guttural but is like insanely full with pain & twisted. The tempo is generally slow-mid paced with an occasional speed up. It lacks darkness & thickness to be classified as doom in its slowness. For a one song tape, this really strikes me odd! This just makes you wonder what made them do this? Is this a one time inspiration? For a one song this has originality. Slow Twisted metal!!! No contacts.. but as I traded this with Makoto of WTP asking for Japanese demos.. so ask about this from WTP. But of course you will ask yourself if a 1 song tape is worth it?
ARPHAXAT "EX INFERIS" Pro-tape Demo released by IN COFFIN PROD. of Thailand. I am totally unsure from what country this band is (they are from France! I think??). As I remember, I was asking the guys selling those stuff in the God Beheading Gig 2003 about Thai bands & the bands who are lined-up to play. This is one of the tape that I got, so I assume this is from Thailand, since it is released by In Coffin Prod. Any way, this is raw black metal. It doesn't stand out among the leagues of black metal out there & the sound seems hissy. The vocals is average yet a bit weak in a sense that it is muddled over by the overall sound instead of being in the forefront of attack. The musical structure does not differ much & not tightly done. But you can still feel their virtue of evilness with the 4 tracks titled "Altar of Sin", "Impure", "Heretic" & "The Pact". KILL "NOKTURNAL DEATH" Pro-tape Demo released by Witchhammer Prod of Thailand. The band is from Finland, if I am not mistaken. This is Raw Black Metal with speed thrashing attack! Amidst the speed attack through out this tape you will notice the melody structure plus some mini- passages between tempo shifts, and the vocals, the black metal trademark which is somewhat echoed in a way plus some extra heavier vocals doubled on some parts. The music is introduced by the over used war samplings which is part of the first & the title track but I'm kinda don't know what is the connection of the war sampling to "Nokturnal Death", Next tracks are "Fatherland", "Evil Rebirth", "Lamb" & "Satanic Chaos". Over all sound is of good production & the speed parts are a sure neck aching! IMPIETY "KAOS KOMMAND 696" 2nd album on pro-tape, ( No! I think this is not the 2nd album, or at least the 2nd album that I have.. he he he ) licensed from Osmose Prod of France by Psychic Scream Entertainment of Malaysia. Well, every body knows that Impiety is the benchmark of brutal musick in Asia, brutal war blackened metal! With the international success of their Skullfucking... nothing has matched their brutal assault yet and that is fortified by a tour in Europe in the past year. They are very well supported in Asia & seeing them live in Bangkok just proves that Thailand is also their stronghold! But I have read in some newsletter that I received that there is a major line-up changes? I need to check that out. But for now, this release is a must for total Asian devastation! The Raw & Noise factor of Skullfucking.. has been cleansed from here & the Thrash influence is more noticeable to be amplified. But don't get me wrong, this is still raw as fuck but sounded better! SHAMBLES "BLASPHEMOUS VENGEANCE" Pro-tape demo released by Witchhammer Prod. Shambles is from Thailand. One of the Black Metal souls that is arising from this part of Asia. This is a 5 track demo with tiles "Darkest One Sentence", "Infernal Armageddon", "The Serpent's Blessing", "Fist Fucking God" & "Blasphemous Vengeance". This is again in the raw speed BM style of brutal attacks with hints of Death metal. They have incorporated some mid-paced dark melodies & heavy thrashing riff & well pounded shifting! The vocals have a more bass tone than the trademark BM vocals & even sounded more death sometimes and it would have been better if it is more audible or put up front in the mixing. (Italy) "OCCLUSED IN OTTUSITY" - Enhance CD. 32 tracks of
non-relenting grind metal & 1 video track! This is a 3 man wrecking crew
with the help of a drum machine! but of course you know there is a much
difference in drum machines now that you can't really distinguish it from
humans! Expect brain dredging grind of, well, by the titles, they seems to smear
themselves with the cesspool of man's life, brutal, gore, perversion &
probably more! Some of the track titles are 'Brutal devastation, 'cerebral
regression', 'putrification of the mind' 'anal by anal'. Some added touches of
Italian film samplings which are really nice to hear 'coz you feel alienated yet
as if you know what it is about. With these musick, expect guttural non-decipherable
vocals! Not just one!! And the last audio track..like an experimental-indus-electro
thing!
VEXED (Italy) "DESTRUCTION WARFARE" - Enhanced CD (some call it
mix media, an audio CD with additional files like videos, pics, bio &
more!). This got 10 tracks of Violent Thrash and 1 (the last track) is more like a
dark metal chant of ritual vocals & screaming guitars on the background!!!! Some
might call this Thrash-Death or even Thrash-Black as you will experience the infusion of such
here, I mean, why not, this is Violent Thrash in speed, structure & vocals seeding from
lyrics of death, blood, war & destruction!!! This just
keeps me banging!!! I think the band actually say's it all, so let me quote
them.."Thrash till death!!!"

the same band & release that is already mentioned below (keep on scrolling
& you will see it!!!). But this is the official release by Berdugo Records.
As you see the cover is now in full color! Inside, well, I did not really
compare the full but it seems some samplings have been changed? Anyway, if you
are into porno grind & you'll gonna order this, this will be the one you

(Switzerland/Germany) 'SOUTHEAST ASIA TOUR CD 2005" - 15 tracks.
This is not a live CD but I think this is the CD they are promoting when they
did the tour. I'm not quite sure if the Philippine tour they (S.O.L) did is part
of this Southeast Asia tour 'coz as far as I know the Philippines is often
called the Far East. Both bands play Crust/Grind. So expect punk lyrics &
attitude! I did not read the lyrics so I am hailing the power of the music! But
seeing S.O.L. live here in Manila, I have to say, they kill live! and therefore
the aggression is far more better than the CD! I'm just wondering though, why
would a crust-grind punk band would call themselves Sons Of Lucifer??? Hail to this band for playing in the Filthy Philippines!!! I got
this on the gig for about U$4 so ask for price first from these contacts:

but seems it has 9 tracks. This is a mix of HC Crust Grind but I would call it LEFTIST
PUNK!! Yes, very fucking political which is what punk should be but a left
leaning punk? I personally say there is something wrong here?!? And I think
these bands is not exactly based in the Philippines, hearing their accents on
the tagalog words makes me wanna puke!!! How can people living in the soils of a
foreign land shout about how fucked up the life in the philippines is??? Well,
like the leader of the Communist Party of the Philippines, living the life in
the Netherlands while his fighter being killed in the philippines!! That's the
life huh!!! Anyway, musically it is good as the style is a good mix but I don't
wanna hear the "Mabuhay the NPA" crap!!

BULLSHIT! ZINE "ALINGAWNGAW SA IKATLONG MUNDO" - CDR. This is
a D.I.Y. compilation on its 2nd release with 28 tracks from 28 bands. This is
part of the Zine but the compilation features only bands from the Philippines!
The music ranges from HC to Crust to Grind and of course to metal. So far, this
is probably the best "all Filipino" compilation that you can get! and totally underground!! The bands are the most active in todays scene so..what the fuck you waiting for?!? Cuntact:

(Philippines) "INTO THE SUBCONSCIOUS VOID" - CDR Demo. I put 3
CDs on my stereo and due to some chores I kinda mix pressed the buttons. The
other CD played first, 'coz I'm doing another thing I kinda forgot what CD I
actually put in the stereo, when I heard this I thought, 'Hey fuck, this bands
sounds familiar?', well yeah it is. Willie is the vocalist! Not only the vocals
but the whole metal style! yes this is Pathogen! The Laguna based deathmetal
band. They still have their sound from their first demo and better! Even the
production is good! Their deathmetal is not the outright blast & growls but
of the early brutalized thrash laced death! Crude and Deadly Death Metal! The CDR sleeve says 4 track but actually this has 5 tracks where the 1st track is actually the title track. Some
of the text on the sleeve is a bit unreadable though, but hey you want

"DOWN WITH IMPERIALISM" - CDR. This is an 8 band split release
with a total of 36 tracks on the CD. I'm not quite sure if all the bands are from the Philippines, ADA is for sure, Eskapo I think are Pinoys based in the US. The other bands are Dogs of Ire, Scarred of Life, Secret Janet, Ak-47, Kadena & Fingerboarder. By the title alone you would know
what this is about. Punk? Yeah! Politics in Music!!! This is actually good as
the bands have their different styles and especially this dismisses to me that
the punks in the philippines are really fucking alive & politically active!
But then again, this reminds me why I stopped subscribing or 'being a
punk'...'coz when I started working the ideology contradicts the way of life...
and Oh boy that is a big psychological problem!! Well, at least for me.. So, for
punks, hc & crust you need to support this!!

GRUDGE (Philippines) "MORBID SENTIMENTS" - 10 track CD. I really thought I have posted this! Anyway, It is nice to see professionally pressed CD releases from bands in the Philippines. (Thanx to Roel of Tripalium for this copy!) and this is self-released by the band. This is death metal, mid-paced with some melodic tempo changes & massive riffing with uncomprehensible brutal vox. Nice packaging, great production, all sounds good, but by the time I finish the CD something seems bothering me. So I listen to it again...oh there it is! The riffs is not as complicated as it sounds and quite over used! More originality is needed especially on the riff structures! And on the what seems to be the speed parts, the sounds kinda drags, it's like taking speed & waiting for it to hit you and it doesn't. Well, a great effort! Especially the Vocals man! But overall it is not memorable to me, and to those who had a huge dose of death metal won't really miss anything here as , well, you'll just say "I heard that before.." I don't know if this band released any demo so this full lenght is like a surprise. I don't know how much is this.. please ask the band at 
INSANITY (Philippines) "HUMAN MOLESTATION"- 5 track Demo CD-R.
Title tracks are 01. Inflicted; 02. Tambay; 03. Inukit sa Laman; 04. Sulfuric
Rage; 05. mentally Deranged. This is a very raw & low-fi recording! Some of the
vocals is almost not audible in the blasting parts. This is noise-grind with
some melodic fishing in some tracks. What the fuck is melodic fishing? You know,
when bands start the track slow, somewhat groovy & melodic that reels you in and
then attacks in ultra blast! They also managed to put a sampling of some old
song you would swear you heard somewhere. Behind the not so good production you
can feel the power & path where this band is going! There is something catchy in
the grind beat & the blast! The only negative really is the production! I don't
want the super clean production but at least something that I could taste the
calculated noise & the grinding blasts! Well, if you are into really raw & chaos
production styled grind, then you'll gonna fucking luv this in your collection!

The other two tracks are 'Funeral Dusk (and the cold dawn)' which ticks at 7:18
& 'The Serene Demise' at 8:45. This is Atmospheric Doom Black! Slooow, dark,
gloomy, cold & eerie, yet having the sound influence of BM. The intro fits the
title of the demo as it puts your psyche in a old damp cathedral as if attending
an old man's funeral rites. No female vocals here, just Low diabolical vox! This
is Doom from UAE! I got this from the gig in dubai called 'Evolution' last
September 23. No they did not play in that gig. This is 15dirhams here (about

METAL VOL.1 "THE TOTAL SOUND OF THE UNDERGROUND" - International
Compilation CD released by Lelahel Metal of Algeria! This has 18 tracks from 18
bands namely Litahm (Alg), Kaoteon (Leb), Demolition (Aust), Mangled (neth),
Hell-Born (pol), Cirith Gorgor (Neth), Dead Emotions (Ger), Rain (ita),
Moonstone (Fra), Agabus (ita), Horresco Referens (Fra), Wanhoop (bel),
Patologicum (Pol), Sudden Death (Ita), Trepan Dead (Fra), Drath (ger), Coverage
(Fra) & Supreme Lord (pol). I have probably mentioned in every compilation I
review how I love compilation as you can check out more bands & the whirlwind of
different styles. These comp disk have death, black, grind & nu(?) metal, but
I'm glad it is mostly brutal death! Of course it is hard to judge each band for
1 song but you can always be sure that bands will give their most original &
signatured music to compilations to make them effective & for you to know what
direction this band is into. So generaly this is great! But again you can't like
everything! I don't like Agabus & Coverage as they have the hoop & biz of nu

(Philippines) "JUDASWHORE" - Demo / Promo CD-R. This is 4 tracks with
titles 'Judaswhore', 'Slave Morality', 'Watch The Pray' & 'The Blood of
Martyrs'. I'm not sure if this is the same band from the mid '90s. I'm also not
sure if this is now a one man band as there are no other info in the cover and
only a photo of a man was at the back with the track list. The musick here is
very much comparable to Paradise Lost's Draconian Times & Icon releases. Mid
paced melodic metal with tints of doom. Even the vocals is comparable to the
mentioned band. Some growled vox are used. Not bad for my lazy nights & I did
realize that I used to like paradise lost. No contacts so should you contact

gave me this one.

(Philipines) "FROM WOMB TO TOMB" - Demo CD-r. 11 tracks of Hardcore &
chaos tunes from Cavite, Philippines! I don't know what AFM exactly means
though.. + 2 bonus tracks from Toxomia. As I have no fucking idea of what is
happening in the punk scene in my country, & as I read some zine who's point of
reference on punk is blink with some numbers & some guys totally fucking up at
emo crap, i really thought punk, at least the anarcho punk & hatecore are over!
so this is a bit good for me. Even though most stuff are already used & over
used like the chaos shouting at track 11 & the title having the same meaning as
"From Cradle to the Grave"...anyway, the chaos attacks are effective to awaken
the anarcho punk with in me or at least remember the days! The 2 bonus tracks
are more crust noise. Over all these are chaos punk hatecore! not your lovable
pop-punk from mtv!!! Most metal head would not probably dig this. For anarcho

BULLSHIT COMPILATION VOL. 1 (Philippines) - This is in CD-R & I think
this comes with the No Bullshit Zine, although it seems only Philippines bands
are in this compilation yet foreign bands are also featured in the zine. anyway,
this is good for people to check out these philippine bands, this is a mix of
hardcore, crust, noise & metal! This will attract more from the punk than the
metal though. The sound quality varies but not bad. So ask about this, get the
zine (which is also reviewed in the zine section..) to get this. Ask it from

(Philippines) "LABANAN NG MALILIBOG" - Demo CD-R. The title actually
means "The Fight of the Horny" or "The Maniac Challenge" or something like that.
This has 13 tracks of porn gore grind for pussy grinders & cunt crushers out
there! If you want sex & insane violence then this is the soundtrck you want!
This is a mix of english & tagalog (local language) tracks but of course once
the pounding & fucking starts you wouldn't know the bloody difference as the
ultra guttural & boar roaring vocals is just totally incomprehensible! The only
confusion you will have here is when you look at the number of title tracks that
will appear in your stereo as the porno sampling are actually separated from the
real grind tracks! There were grinders in the philippines before but not as
horny as this syphilis infested(?) anal loving maniacs! But hey, no sampling
from Filipino Pene Movies??? anyway, you will surely enjoy the orgasm! for porno

(Philippines) "MABANGIS! MARAHAS!" - Demo CD-R. Another Tagalog title
which means "Wild! Unkind!". But only the 1st tracks "Pagkakamali ng Panahon"
which is an instrumental is the tagalog titled track. The others are "Glorious
Arson", "Metal Thrashin Militants", "Hate Vanishing Point" & "No Remorse". This
release is limited to 100 copies! This is Thrash Metal, so expect agression &
speed! Structured on the traditional metal, cultured by undergound, paying
homage & respect to the olden ways, this band is showing power not in extremity
as you know in Death or Black but Speed Thrash & Heavy Metal! With some traces
of shock & horror spice added in the intro samplings, an instrumental tracks
that is almost always present in old heavy metal albums. This is actually a
'live session' recording which give it the raw sound! To some this is a minus
but to others, this is like hearing the band live on stage. And you really
should see this band live as the stage banters shall provoke the false & the
weak! And the bass guitarist who goes down with the crowd! The vocals is a
witchy harsh throaty screech which sounds buried in this recording but the hell
with! This is for the connoisseurs of dirty thrash metal! A knowledge of tagalog

SA MGA HUWAD NA METAL - CD-r compilation. This is actually a Metal Havoc
Records Sampler Vol.1. I think this is exclusively sold or traded in the
Philippines but you can always ask Vro if you are interested even though you are
not in the Philippines. This is a selection from what Metal Havoc has for
distro. This has 9 tracks from 9 bands namely Paganfire (a cover of Slayer is
used here), Incarion, Effluvium, Morloch & Negatron are all from the Philippines
& 4 foreign bands Hatework, Vexed, Toxic Holocaust & Chemikiller. Mostly these
bands are under the banner of Thrash except Incarion being a raw black & Morloch
sounding more like early death metal. For the philippines this is only 80pesos
including postage or trade but write first! Oh, the title in english means

GODS (Czech Republic) "CIRCLES OF BLINDNESS/THE WILDERNESS" - CD. 11
tracks. I am a bit confused about this cd's title as side of the cd sleeve it
only says 'The Wilderness' yet inside tracks 1 to 8 is under 'Circles of
Blindness' & 9 to 11 is under 'The Wilderness'. But my confusion did not stop
there as this band's music is a whirlwind ride! What can you expect from a band
having six members? I don't really know how to call this, melodic obscure metal?
This is one of those style that is really hard to digest at first but if you
dare to listen to it more it could grow on you! So many style is thrown into
this so you will either like a part & hate the other. If you know someone who
have this, borrow it first before you buy 'coz I can't tell if I like it the
first time! This is released by Shindy Production
KRATORNAS
(Philippines) "THE ONSLAUGHT OF BATTLEDEMONS" - This is the 1999 tape
demo of this one man extremely raw & certainly a noise monger black metal band!
I have heard a track of this band from a compilation which is to me more
noise/industrial than black metal! But if you here the other tracks here you
will change your mind. A more thrash influence can be heard in a dirty way. Yes,
like an old dirty speed thrash garage band! The vocals are the low point as it
sound too synthetic, gadgets are probably used! There are times that it sounds
like being scratched from a turn table? But overall this is very attractive to
raw death black who don't give fuck about production! This is dirty as hell! A

DEATHCHURCH "CRUSHING THE DREAMS OF BENEVOLENCE" & "PARANOID DESTRUKTION"
- Tape demos. These are 2 separate demos by the band from Tokyo Japan. The first
demo is under the label of HELL WAR PRODUCTION of Portugal. The Other one, I'm

obtained through the u/g way of trading with Makoto of WTP. First, let me tell
you why I can't tell much info on the 'Paranoid destruktion' demo, Makoto has
mailed a blank tape instead of a demo, so he mailed the tape on a separate pack
which actually came first, then when I received the supposed first parcel I
misplaced the tape. Then after cleaning my room I found the tape to find out
that now I lost the sleeve. Fuck! So now I have no track titles & info. Anyway.
as a general review, Deathchurch threads on the dirty & ugliness & chaos of raw
death war black metal! Specifically made and recorded that way! The logo would
really have to be influenced by beherit but the music, well, it threads into the
unpolished production & raw war death black..fuck! for the warriors of these
hordes! and to those who are sick of the ultra clean production of the supposed
dirty metal sound!!! 
DECAYED "THE NAMELESS WRAITH"/ URN "MORBID DEATH" Split CD - 7
tracks for Decayed / 7 tracks for Urn. This 2 band draws their strength on the
raw & harsh black metal with close ties to early dirty death metal. Or should it
be said that this is not the typical BM that the BM trend spewned unto the
mainstream metal. Although under the same style & waiving the same banner of BM
they do have their distinct style that they call their own! Decayed from
Portugal made alternating tracks of Dark Themed Atmospheric Music & Raw BM. Urn
from finland on the other hand goes straight to kill! Both are effective &
fatal! This is for Raw BM & Death Black fanatics! This is released by Iron

MELECHESH "SPYNX" - 10 tracks. Enhanced CD with 1 video track and
additional information on the band, bio, mesopotamian facts & mesopotamian
chords. Tracks are 1. Of Mercury and Mercury 2.Secrets of Summerian Sphynxology

I also can't remember to whom I got to hear their Djin cd. Anyway now, this is
their SPYNX release from Osmose Production. This can be associated with Black
Metal but this is not black metal as melechesh has made their own style, that is
Mesopotamian Metal. If you have been in the Middle east or India you will
probably appreciate or notice the genuine middle eastern sound of melechesh! Not
only in the structure but real oriental instruments are used here which
perfectly fused with the ancient mesopotamian style that this band want to give.
Ancient, ritualistic, occult, middle eastern or Mesopotamian Metal is Melechesh!
And you do know they previously dwell from Israhell but draws their bloodline
from the Assyrians! Get this from Osmose Production,
PENETRATOR "UNLEASH THE FURY" - 9 track CD. This is also from
Metal Queen Management. No full biography of the band is given, only some info
on the members. I assume this is the debut CD of this Canadian band. The men of
Penetrator are Dave - Bass G., Simon - Drums, Maxel - Vocals & Bess - Guitars.
The tracks in the CD are 1.Unleash the Fury 2.Spread the Mind 3.Guns and Whiskey
4.Muso in a bottle 5.Adulteress 6.Wheels of Justice 7.Shock Therapy 8.Templars
of Hate 9.Penetrator. To those who have a bad experience on power metals that

"Demo 2003" - Cdr. A two song demo of Brutal
Death Metal from Japan. 1. Color of Betrayal 2. Deceitful Existence. Expect fast
unrelenting drums, shrieking guitar, catchy loops and low undecipherable growl!
That long growl at the end of the 1st track wants you to growl along! They have
some small slow parts but the brutality did not tone down there. I would assume
that this is a 2-man band as no member list is included yet 2 contacts are
given. Even though it is hard to review band's work from 2 songs, you can
definitely hear the talents. And this has a good sound too. This band surely
listens to Skinless as you will notice a lot of influence here! Check them out

"Demo 2003" - Cdr. Another band from Japan. This time
a 3 piece Doom Metal with 3 tracks, 1. Black Storm, 2. Sacrifice to Evil spirit
3. Into the Coffin! This is the More Pure Metal style of doom, no keyboards or
atmospheric emotional passages.. just sludge dragging guitars with heavy drums &
low growls! The 1st track is actually like just an intro as it runs less than a
minute, 42 seconds to be exact! The 2nd started in a more upbeat tempo for some
minutes and after a feedback style break plunges into the doom and ends in a more
up-beat tempo again . The last which bears the bands
name is totally a drag-to-death from beginning to end. Be ready for a slow and
low head banging for this track which ticks at 10:19 minutes! This is
heavy-stoner-dark-death.. or simply call it DOOM!!! Over all about 17minutes! The sound production is clear but
some parts have the vocals got smoldered. Check them out at
THRONEUM "BESTIAL ANTIHUMAN EVIL" MCD - I think this is the
second release of Weird Truth Production of the this band. I have read some
interviews of this band from poland and since the release of their "Old
Death's Lair ", there
seems to be no letting up for these evil doers! But for this release though they
are only a two piece band, but, never the less, they have maintained the
'signature' Throneum sound of Heavy, Raw, Dirty sounding Evil Metal the 'new' kids
would fucking hate! And like the previous release, they have no respect to speed
or slow or what ever way they want it! Any tempo they used has the heavy & dirty
sound of Throneum!!! And on the first fucking listen, I've been shouting along
'Godless Antihuman Evil'!!!! That's how catchy & brain staining this musick is..
and the Chaos Pain filled Vocals!!

NEGATRON
"MESSIAH OF DAMNATION" DEMO CD-R. This is not exactly a new band from the
Philippines! This is a, what the hell should I call it, a revamped, reformed,
re-worked, oh fuck! anyway, they use to call themselves 'EFFLUVIUM" from Laguna,
Philippines. The only probable reason I can think of why they changed their name
is because of the change in style. Previously they play a more melodic death
metal with a big elements of thrash. Now, this is a more potent solid stab of Thrash
Metal! Back to old basic thrash,
mid paced & heavy with catchy riffs & shifts and the husked out thrash vocals!
Plus the really good & clear production! This has 4 "Negatron" tracks including an
instrumental, these are 1. Thermal Shock, 2. Messiah of Damnation, 3. Twilight
Etude in A minor (Instrumental) & 4. Exerion a) Into the Black Hole b) The
Astral Portal c) Epitaph. AS you see in the track titles, they have wandered
more into a kind of 'space metal' topic. To those who haven't heard them as
Effluvium, there are 2 live bonus tracks here, though it was not mention as
Effluvium tracks, these are tracks 5. Chernobyl & 6. The Omega Code, this is
a raw
recording from a gig in a 'what you hear is what you get' style, so the mix of
instruments are not so good but

DEATHGUY "THE BEAST ZINGLE PROMO" CD-R promo. This is what the
flyer I received from Jerasak last august was all about. And this guys are the
mystery-terror-mask brutal galore at the God Beheading Ritual last year! They
have devoid themselves of their previous melodic acts and manifest in this
cannibalistic terror outburst! This CD-R was suppose to include only one track
which is entitled "The Beast" but Thanit has included another track " ".
Those who remember them in the " Romancer.." release will just be totally
shock of what has become of this band. 
MYNDSNARE "A PRELIMINARY CONQUEST" Demo CD-R.
I heard this band from 'HEADBANGALORE' compilation from India. But they used an
`I' rather than a `Y'. I think that compilation is a good experience to
taste bands from India, specifically Bangalore but this demo is a better
presentation of this band's work. This is a very good Thrash Metal
leaning towards Death! It has a very complex structures, from mid-paced to
some melodic & to furious thrashing with husked-death vocals. And to think
that they are only a 3-piece band & the drummer is a lady, well, I can only say
'Damn!!'. The demo has 3 tracks with titles "The Mirror of Nothingness", "Layers
of Hypocrisy" & "Seeking the Maze". The lyrics are also good as it seems it has
been contemplated upon. I don't know how much this demo is, so contact
them for more info..
