His eyes fill with tears
As the words
Do you want to come back, Baby?
Fall from his lips
Holding her up against the wall
Because he feels how weak her knees are.
She peers in his eyes
Watching for pupil constriction
Hating herself for being clinical
At a Time Like This
But he has lied so much, you see
And may be
Guilty
Of smoke and mirrors
Reel 'er back in.
She searches his eyes for Sincerity
And True Emotion
Relying on those hallmarks
To bring in a verdict
For her Jell-O Puddin' heart.
Maybe he means it this time
She thinks
Feeling the thought roll like marbles
On a slanted floor.
He leans down to kiss her
Pulling her hair, kneading her breasts
Breaking the gluten down.
She smolders
Thinking
I should be merciful
Gorging on his ripe mouth
Hungry for its' sweet fruit.
Knowingly
Cunningly
He works all the magic
Known to him
Whispering urgently
Come back, Baby…please come back
As she gasps for breath
Feeling very Lassie-like
Warning alarms shrieking
Urging systems shutdown.
She is returning his kisses fully, now
Writhing under his
Machinations.
People can change if they are motivated sufficiently
The consolation prize of her passion
Dangling richly
Blinding her, muting alarms.
She is nearly won over now.
He continues whispering between kisses
Come back, Baby…Come back to me.
Her arms around his neck
Her small face buried in his chest
The oldspicemansweat smell of him tantalizing her.
Everybody deserves a second chance.
Whips her sensibility into submission
Tell me you'll come back and be my Baby
Hissing like a viper
Through musky kisses.
She is moaning now
And he withholds from her
The instrument of her demise
Awaiting
The Answer.
Her eyes wide
Shutters paralyzed into OPEN
Startled at the sudden cessation of
Powerful anesthesia.
Tell me you'll come back, Baby
As he stays just far enough from
Her flushed face
To allow her a full tableau
Of Butane Blue eyes
And intensest I Really Mean It
Eyebrows.
She attempts peering again
Cut off at the pass
By more ripe-fruit kisses.
Thrashing in the undertow
She garbles the answer
He seeks
Yes.
He mashes her mouth
Wild with victory
Breathing her breath
As he lifts her up
Wrapping her legs
Around his waist
Walking
Carrying her to bed
Her cheek rests on his shoulder,
Her eyes suffused with tender feeling
Pear-shaped grateful tears slipping down
the sides of her nose.

As he strides with her enveloping him,
His face is forward,
Grinning broadly,
Eyes slitted like
The Cat who ate the Canary.

I knew it would work.
She can never say no
To Me.
