Open chat nights are Scheduled every Sunday 8:30pm EST (Aust), but room is also open 24 hours for anyone wishing to arrange to meet up with another member.

TO USE THIS CHAT WINDOW,

1. Wait for a pop up screen which will ask you to download jIRC applet (its free).

2. When prompted chose a nickname which you would like to use (try adding numbers after it if its already in use).

3. Then sit back and wait....the screen will scroll through a lot of information and you will be able to see who else is available for chat in the right hand column.

4. Enjoy your stay.


CHANNEL RULES

*You must be agoraphobic, suffer from Panic/Anxiety or be a family member/friend/supporter of a sufferer.

*No abuse, or you will be banned from the room.

*Behave in a polite and respectful manner, respecting all users beliefs in different treatments..
