*Breathe gently and calmly, through your stomach, lean back a little and place your hand on your belly to feel the correct way of breathing.

*Drop your shoulders, unclench your fists.

*Ground yourself, touch something around you and concentrate on how it feels, is it cold? is it soft?

*Allow the feelings to pass, they will.

*You are not in danger. These are just very unpleasant body sensation, nothing more.

*Allow the adrenalin to flow over and it cannot harm you.

*It will pass.
